    1. How should I take care of my jewelry?

      Wipe your jewelry with a cotton ball or soft cloth after each use. Then, place it in the mylar bag that it came with. To prevent tarnishing even further, be sure to remove your jewelry when bathing, swimming, and washing your hands. Keep your jewelry away from products such as soap, perfume, lotion, sunscreen, etc.

    2. Will my jewelry rust?

      All of our items are either plated with 18K Gold, Sterling Silver, or Rhodium. These metals are of very high quality and are made to last long. They will not rust easily if taken care of properly.

    3. Do you accept return or exchanges?

      We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges. However, if you feel the need to contact us, please do so using our contact form or email us at contact@blingbeejewels.com
    4. When will my order be shipped?

      Orders will usually be processed within 3 days or less, however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it may take up to 7 days. Please note that this does not include shipping time. Should there be any delays, we will contact you.
